What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 belts — one team or one small range is a normal order — with bulk tiers as quantities grow.

How fast will my belts arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished belts ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when a launch or event date is fixed.

Is genuine leather good leather?

No, and the name is the problem. Genuine leather is a grade near the bottom of the scale, below full-grain and top-grain. It is real leather in the literal sense and it is not the grade most people think they are buying.

What is bonded leather?

Leather scraps ground up and bonded to a backing with adhesive. It is closer to a composite board than to a hide, it delaminates rather than ages, and we do not make belts from it.

Where do belts actually fail?

At the buckle fold and at the holes, essentially never in the middle. So the specification is the thickness, whether the strap is one solid strip or two thin layers glued together, and whether the fold is stitched or only bonded.

How do I size a belt?

Measure from the buckle fold to the middle hole, and use the wearer’s actual worn measurement rather than a trouser size. Trouser size is the single most common cause of returns in this category, and it is usually a couple of inches out.

How is branding applied?

Embossed or debossed with heat and a die, so it is pressed into the leather with nothing on the surface to peel. Foil adds colour and can wear over years on a high-contact area; a blind deboss cannot.

Do you redraw artwork?

Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team simplifies it for the depth of press. Fine detail closes up in leather, so most marks need opening out rather than just scaling.
